Processing & Production Time

• Standard production time: 4-7 business days (off-peak months).
• Peak season production time: 9-12 business days.
• Since our products are custom-made, production times may vary. We appreciate your patience!

Shipping Time & Carriers

• We ship within the United States using USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
• Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.
• A tracking number will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping During Peak Seasons

Due to high demand, orders may take longer to process during major holidays such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Valentine’s Day. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.

PO Boxes

• We do not recommend using a PO Box as a shipping address. Some carriers, like UPS and FedEx, do not deliver to PO Boxes.
• If an order is undeliverable due to a PO Box address, customers will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages

• If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly for updates.
• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.
