Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee for any order that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive the wrong product, a misprint, or a damaged item, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days from the shipping date and provide:

• Order number / Reference ID
• Your name and email
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item 
• Your preference (replacement or refund)

Once a replacement is processed, the tracking will automatically update on your order.
